Hello, I'm Carolyn Westlake.

I am an Emotional Alchemist and holistic healing practitioner whose own healing journey led me to this work. Through emotional healing, energy work, somatic awareness, essential oils, aromatherapy, and other holistic wellness practices, I support people in reconnecting with themselves, releasing what no longer serves them, and creating healthier patterns in mind, body, and spirit. I believe the body holds deep wisdom and that healing happens in layers. My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their journey toward greater emotional wellness, balance, self-trust, and inner peace.
